We’re looking forward to some exciting changes at at the Waterside Bistro. We will be closing for an extensive refurbishment throughout November and reopening on November 26 in time for the festive season. In that time we are hoping to recruit and train a new sous chef / junior sous chef to join this already fantastic team.
The Waterside Bistro is already renowned for its fantastic food and great service, and going forward, we need the right person to help develop us further, working closely with the head chef and general manager. Excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role. But we’re interested in your personality and potential too – not just your previous experience.

Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 per annum + tips
